FAQ

Q. Do you offer other products besides prints?
A. Yes. We offer a number of products that you can purchase, using your images, from calendars to buttons, to puzzles. For a current and complete list, call or email us.

Q. How much is shipping?
A. For prints, shipping and handling is a flat fee of $5.95, no matter how many prints you order.  Some specialty items may require additional S&H charges.

Q. Why don't I see any pictures in your online store?
A. All galleries from portrait sessions are private, unless it is specificly requested that they be changed to public. For examples of our portrait work, Click Here.    Each gallery has an access code and you are more than welcome to share your access code with anyone you want.

Q. Can we shoot in my home or office?
A. Yes. I have a full studio setup, so I can bring in as few or as many lights and equipment as needed to shoot your portraits in your home, office or most anywhere you like.

Q. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
A. Yes. The State of Texas requires that sales tax be collected any time tangible goods are sold.  The state considers electronic images tangible goods.

Q. How do I pay my booking fee?
A. After we have talked and decided on a day to shoot your portrait, I will send you an email with a link to an invoice that will let you pay your booking fee using PayPal or credit card.  The date for your portrait session is not confirmed until your booking fee has been paid. Unless other arrangements have been made, all booking fee's must be paid online using PayPal or a credit card.

Q. How do I pay my session fee?
A. Your session fee must be paid before your portrait session can start. The easiest way is to pay it online using paypal or a credit card.  After you have paid your booking fee, I will send you an invoice for the remainder of your session fee.  If you prefer, you can pay the remainder of your session fee the day of your portrait session at the start of the session in either cash or by check (the booking fee must have already been paid).  All portrait sessions include a certian dollar amount torwards the purchase of prints, however, this may be delayed when your portrait session is paid by check until the check has cleared.
