Hi, I’m Mendy—the heart and soul behind the camera at Time of Your Life Photography. First, let me say how truly grateful I am that you’re here. Choosing someone to capture your story is deeply personal, and I don’t take that lightly.
Photography has been a part of me for as long as I can remember, but over 15 years ago I took a leap of faith and turned that passion into the work I love today. Since then, I’ve had the honor of documenting countless stories—families growing, couples in love, mamas-to-be, and all of the fleeting, tender in-between moments that make life so beautiful.
My approach is simple: I don’t want to just give you photos of everyone smiling at the camera. I want to capture the way your child’s hand fits perfectly in yours, the laughter that happens when no one is watching, the way you hold each other close. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me with a warm cup of coffee in the morning (or maybe a glass of wine once the sun goes down), soaking up the beauty of a quiet moment.
I love to travel, explore new places, and wander in nature—whether it’s a long hike, a scenic drive, or just being still outdoors. I’m always dreaming up new ways to capture love, light, and connection.
At home, I live simply. I’m a minimalist at heart who values experiences over things, and I cherish time with my own family (and our sweet pup, Ozzy) because I know firsthand just how quickly these seasons pass.
I’m an introvert, deeply feeling and always observing. I believe in slowing down, being present, and noticing the beauty in the everyday. That’s the same heart I bring to your session—I want it to feel calm, natural, and meaningful.
